A graduate of Oxford Brookes University where he studied Business Management, Luke is the most senior person at Vivid Resourcing.

Luke joined Vivid at the age of 25 after 7 years as a professional cricketer with Warwickshire CC, and led the establishment of the NHS IT and Broadcast Engineering markets for Vivid. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales at Vivid Resourcing across all UK locations.

James graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Economics. He joined Vivid Resourcing as our fifth employee, quickly progressing through the Vivid management scheme to Senior Sales Manager level.

Having established a successful team at a young age, James has been leading our market expansion into Europe (including planned office openings). His team focus on overseas Engineering and IT with particular emphasis on Life Sciences and Software Development.

James’ time will be split between the USA, where he will be working alongside Jamie as they continue to focus on customer service and client relationship in order to grow Vivid’s USA presence, and Vivid’s already established European offices.

Jamie joined Vivid 4 years ago after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Business & Economics.

He joined the company at an exciting time as Vivid first started to penetrate the international Engineering market.

Having started as a trainee consultant within the international recruitment team, he was promoted to Senior Consultant, managing a team which concentrates on recruitment within the Oil & Gas sector within central Europe.

For Jamie, it was a great experience to be involved in Vivid’s progression from a company with no international contractors, to one that has a very strong presence in international recruitment across several continents, which led to him setting up Vivid’s USA operations in Los Angeles in January 2016.

Ryan Woods

Ryan joined Vivid in December 2011 and currently recruits for offshore oil and gas engineers in various locations around the world, including the Middle East, America and Africa.

Ryan joined Vivid in December 2011 and currently recruits for offshore oil and gas engineers in various locations around the world, including the Middle East, America and Africa.

He originally came from a sporting background playing football for Blackburn FC and graduated with a business Studies degree while studying in Florida, alongside playing football in the MLS.

Since joining Vivid Ryan has had the opportunity to dine at over 15 Michelin starred restaurants, and has gone on holidays to the likes of Ibiza and Berlin with the company.

He was promoted to Senior Consultant after only 18 months in the job and has now been promoted to Team Leader. He is currently mentoring 6 consultants recruiting for other Oil and Gas related markets.

In January 2014 Ryan was given the opportunity to play a major part of the new Vivid Resourcing office in Wilmslow, Cheshire, and was given the responsibility of managing the office alongside Vivid director Charlie Walker.

In his spare time he is a keen runner and often competes in races in the North West and Lake District, and still plays football at weekends.

Alasdair Grant

Alasdair began working for Vivid in July 2011 after completing a degree in Business Management at the University of Manchester.

After a successful career as Recruitment Consultant and achieving some exceptional figures within just four years, he began his management career as Senior Consultant. Today, Alasdair is Team Leader and mentors a team of consultants who cover the Engineering and Construction markets. 

Alasdair also is helping to lead Vivid’s UK expansion through the opening of Vivid’s new South West London office.

Effi joined Vivid Resourcing in 2011 after graduating from the University of Kent and a job which involved her selling double glazing over the phone.

Effi joined Vivid Resourcing in 2011 after graduating from the University of Kent and a job which involved her selling double glazing over the phone.

She progressed quickly in her career, and was made Team Leader within four years. Effi focuses on recruitment for a worldwide Oil & Gas market and is now also concentrating on Financial Technology recruitment. Effi believes one of the best things about the job is that not a day goes by where she doesn’t learn something new, and the Vivid Development Academy plays a big part in this.

As a Team Leader, Effi mentors six consultants in the Vivid London office. In the next few years, Effi hopes to reach Director level.

Jack joined Vivid in September 2011 as a Trainee Consultant and climbed the Vivid Resourcing career ladder to become Executive Consultant and then Senior Consultant after just two years in the business.

As Senior Consultant Jack manages a team based in Vivid London who cover the European IT market, with a particular emphasis on software development.    

Jack won ‘Most Improved Consultant' of 2013 in Vivid’s yearly awards ceremony and was also named G2V Group Top Biller of 2014 – 2015.

Jack aspires to become Team Leader of the software development department.

Ryan May

Ryan Joined Vivid In May 2011, moving straight from a job which involved selling phone & internet packages door to door.

Ryan Joined Vivid In May 2011, moving straight from a job which involved selling phone & internet packages door to door. 

He primarily recruits within the Software and Mechanical Design market in the UK, but over the past few years has expended this reach throughout Europe. Ryan will be the first to admit that he had a tough first year in the job, as a lot of trainee consultants will. However, he has now progressed through the ranks to become a Senior Consultant and is managing a team of contract consultants. 

He aims to grow this team steadily over the coming year and establish himself as a successful Team Leader. 

He also helps run and coordinate the Vivid football team, which has seen great success over the past few years.

Ryan joined Vivid at a time when there were only a handful of consultants in the office and has witnessed the growth and success of the company first hand. He is very excited for the continued growth over the coming years.

Before joining Vivid in August 2013, Will studied French at King’s College London. Will’s aptitude for French left him perfectly positioned to make Vivid’s first inroads into the French and Benelux markets. Within these locations his market focus is IT, with a particular focus on Software Development.

Already mentoring two consultants, Will is aiming to progress through the Vivid career structure through to Team Leader and beyond with a specific focus on the European markets.

Liam joined Vivid in September 2013 after graduating from Loughborough University. Liam achieved exceptional results within his first year as a recruitment consultant and was promoted to Executive Consultant within 18 months of joining.

Liam recruits for the international Energy market with a particular emphasis on Oil & Gas and Renewables. He is responsible for mentoring other consultants within the London office and is hoping to grow a team in the near future.

Once he has established a successful international Energy team, Liam hopes to open a new Vivid international office.

Alfie is an English Literature graduate from Nottingham Trent University and also comes from a sporting background, being heavily involved in football. He joined Vivid in September 2014 and was promoted to Executive Consultant after 18 months in the business.

Alfie focuses on recruitment for the UK IT market and has recently taken on more responsibility in the Vivid London office as part of his promotion. 

Over the next 12 months he is looking to manage and build a team as well as continue to develop on an individual level and generally support the growth of Vivid as a business.

Keziah Watt

A first class honours Graduate from the University of Sheffield, Keziah completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and following on, the Legal Practice course. After a period spent working for the Royal Bank of Scotland, she joined Vivid in 2012 as an in-house Paralegal.

In just over two years working for the business, Keziah was promoted to Legal Advisor. Since then, she has developed the legal team to cover a range of specialist skills so that they provide a comprehensive advisory service covering all aspects of UK and International Recruitment Law. 

Keziah herself specialises in providing legal expertise on the following areas: commercial contract management, Intermediaries legislation, international compliance, and insurance law. She was awarded Vivid’s Operations Employee of the Year title and in 2013 was shortlisted for the C&I Group North West Young In-house Lawyer of the Year award.

Danielle Kirby

A former University Netball Captain, Danielle joined Vivid Resourcing in November 2013 after graduating from Reading University with a 2:1 in Food Marketing and Business Economics.

A former University Netball Captain, Danielle joined Vivid Resourcing in November 2013 after graduating from Reading University with a 2:1 in Food Marketing and Business Economics.

She started her career at Vivid as a Recruitment Administrator, within 18 months she was promoted to Team Leader and more recently after 24 months Danielle has moved into a new role of Executive PA.

Danielle is responsible for providing high level PA support to all Directors across the G2V Group, she has a wide ranging remit and will be providing support to business critical projects in Operations and Finance. She will be taking a lead on all incentive trips and company events and is a super user for the new Click Travel and Web Expenses system.

As the business continues to grow she is looking forward to developing her skills in her new role as well as getting involved in lots of exciting projects.
