Trainee Recruitment Consultant Stage

Once you’ve successfully made it through our three-stage interview process, you will embark upon your exciting career as a Vivid Resourcing Trainee Consultant. Team Leader Stage

After establishing yourself as Senior Consultant, the next step is Team Leader. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for managing several consultants through to greater performance and you will have shown willing to go above and beyond in your responsibilities. As well as an increase in basic salary you will also be entered into our generous EMI share option scheme.
